Q: What do I need to order a site?
A: At least 40 licensed images, text and slogans that you would like on your site and most importantly your ideas! Color solutions, style, general appearance requests, special features, etc.

Q: Can I get a lower price for larger orders?
A: All discounts are to be given to a large orders. You can see price list for more details or you can contact us.

Q: What do I receive when the project is finished and the payment is provided?
A: After the payment has been provided, you will receive email including links of the working files and finished project files. (*.psd; *.htm; *.jpg; *.css; *.php, etc. files)

A: We can receive payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners and  PayPal.For non-US currency, payment optionsare limited to Visa and Master Card

A: Our team is big enough to take all the orders, but in some extreme situations a delay could occur. Therefore we always negotiate with our clients by messengers and email.

Q: How mach time does it take for the site development?

A: You just have to contact us so that we discuss your project. Together, we will establish a personalized estimate adapted to your needs.

Q: Can you use unlicensed images when designing a site?
A: We will not ask you to present proof of license for your images when creating your site - we are in web-design, not cyber cop business. However, we want all our clients to be aware that:
1: Using images that violate copyrights is frowned upon by some law enforcement agencies.
2: Using unlicensed images eventually will prompt the legitimate owner to force you to stop using them, making you implement expensive changes in your already established and profitable site.

Q: Will I have exclusive rights to the design that I ordered from you?
A: Absolutely! We will even provide you with all source material, clipart layers, etc. in Adobe PhotoShop format or Corel PhotoPaint.

Q: What about partnerships/commissions?
A: We are more then happy to pay commission on work sent our way.

Q: What if I will need changes done to my site later on? Will you help me out?
A: Sure, we're more then happy to assist you with small or big changes, such as replacement of text or a slogan.
